˙1st Step: Document Screening

We review your application and portfolio to evaluate your fit for the role. Our focus is on your experience and problem-solving approach—especially experiences that can help grow both the PENEFIT and PENEFIT CREW brands, such as content, product development, branding, and operations.

˙2nd Step: Interview Evaluation

We evaluate your collaboration style and execution skills, focusing on both practical work and culture fit. The interview is based on real work situations, including how you think from a pet owner’s perspective, your standards for product and content quality, and how you manage schedules and priorities.

˙Final Result Notification

After the interview, we conduct an internal review and individually notify candidates of the final result. If selected, we will coordinate the onboarding process together, including compensation and start date details.
